• Deposits equivalent to one months rent are required on all units.
• All rent is due by the 1st (first) of each month.
• Some units are equipped with electricity for overhead lights only.
• Deposits will be returned after the Lessee vacates, cleans the unit,
returns all keys and locks supplied by Spoon River Electric
Cooperative, and is inspected.
• Any opening and closing of accounts on any other day will be prorated
the appropriate amount for that month.
• All keys must be returned and the Cooperative notified when renter vacates.
